§4 Delivery, duties, shipping costs
Shipped from the EU!

1. Basically we try all orders as quickly as possible to deliver. The delivery time depends on the specifications on the order confirmation or other information on the Internet website. The average processing time is one to two business days. When processing time is defined as the time from the receipt of the money, up to the delivery to the carrier. The delivery time after delivery to the carrier is usually four to six working days. However, there are basically no binding delivery and the actual transport time we have no influence.

2. All the products ordered will be sent to the specified address. We have to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer, right.

3. We are not liable for costs incurred through any (customs, storage fees, etc.).

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

4. The Shipping is Registered parcel​, therefore the shipment to DHL packing stations is not possible, because DHL packing stations do not accept registered mail.

5. The order specified values ​​relate exclusively to products from the online store of Pharmaonline.tv and mirror sites.

6. The shipping costs are calculated according to weight and shipping areas.

7. the customer is responsible for compliance with the customs and import regulations of his country; we are not liable for seizures.​

8. If for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment in several stages, we do not charge additional shipping costs.

9. The cash on delivery or by invoice is not possible.

10. If a postal item is demonstrably lost, the amount refunded will be the amount refunded by the post office in accordance with international regulations. This is usually less than EUR 50.
