What is Sildenafil?
Sildenafil is a sexual enhancer. The active ingredient Sildenafil is a called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, an agent which improves blood circulation in the penis during erection process. This leads easily during sexual arousal to an erection, which also lasts longer.
What the medication is used?
Sildenafil is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction, also known as erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence called. In this disorder, the penis is not stiff despite sexual arousal. It also happens that the penis is indeed stiff erection but subsides quickly. The cause of ED is often a blood circulation problem. This drug improves the blood supply and blood discharge in the penis during sexual arousal. The result is an erection sufficient, with a satisfactory sexual intercourse is possible.

Take the tablet with enough liquid. Do this for about an hour before sexual activity, so that the tablet can act. You can before this medication during or after the meal taking. • Men over 18 years: once a day 1 tablet taking of 50 mg, about an hour before sexual activity.

This medication can cause side effects, although not everybody gets users. The most commonly reported side effects of sildenafil are:

When should you not use this medication?

• suffer from a serious organic disease;
• suffer from heart or circulatory disease, an eye or blood disease.
