Each tablet contains:
250 mg of thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1)
250 mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
500 micrograms cyanocobalamin / vitamin B12)

This medicine may also interact with the following medications:
Levodopa (medicine to treat Parkinson's disease).
Phenobarbital, phenytoin (used to treat epilepsy).
Altretamine (to treat cancer).
Amiodarone (heart).

5-fluorouracil (in some types of cancer).
